Welcome home to East Village, N3 residents – we’ve been waiting for you! But thankfully not for too long, since it was only 17 months ago that the N3 project broke ground. Now, in Spring 2017, condo owners have just finished moving into their new homes at 4th St and 8th Ave SE.
The speedy construction of the 15-storey condominium tower was made possible thanks to the lack of a parkade, which was a first in Calgary. N3’s no-parking concept sure did create a lot of buzz, but after city council’s unanimous approval of the project, concept quickly turned into a reality – one that Calgarians were quick to embrace. The majority of units were sold within the first 5 days of sales!
Now that the moving trucks have pulled away, nothing stands in the way of N3ers fully embracing the East Village lifestyle – especially not a car. Armed with a bike, Car2Go membership and the C-Train only 270 steps away, N3 urban explorers can experience all that urban living has to offer with ease. And they won’t have to go far to get their fix of culture, arts, fitness and nature – just ask Brett, Beatrice and Sam, N3's newest residents. The family of three were already East Villagers before they bought their N3 condo, spending most weekends at the Simmons building and St. Patrick’s Island. Now they're just a short walk or bike ride away from their favourite spots. And it won't be long before they have a new favourite spot – the New Central Library opens just down the street in 2018.
