Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) is the master developer of East Village, responsible for transforming the community into a vibrant, cultural, inner-city neighbourhood. As the steward of EV’s master plan, CMLC builds, owns and operates infrastructure within the 49 acres of East Village as well as the 31 acres of park space on St. Patrick's Island.
CMLC is committed to building community, fostering new growth and providing experiences for new and existing residents and the larger Calgary community through its infrastructure. Many East Village venues, parks, places, and spaces can be booked for public events and programming.
