Landmark sales have taken EV from a vision of an urban village to the real deal.

In late 2010 and early 2011, East Village made giant steps toward becoming the urban village that it is master planned to be when two significant land deals were signed. Embassy Bosa Inc. of Vancouver and FRAM+Slokker Real Estate Group of Ontario are the pioneering developers of East Village, and together, they’re creating some 1,500 condo and townhome residences and investing some $600 million. The parcels of choice are concentrated along the picturesque River’s Edge and Parkside areas. The two residential projects, FIRST and Evolution will launch residential sales on March 24, 2012 at the East Village Experience Centre (553 Riverfront Avenue SE).
