We are bringing cozy back to East Village Hygge Hut on RiverWalk. The Hygge Hut is a big warm East Village hug in the middle of a long, cold Calgary winter. Our contemporary, Scandinavian-style space is inspired by the Danish idea of Hygge, which means a special kind of well-being—it’s a cozy, easy togetherness enhanced by the glow of a firepit, soft lighting, a warm drink and good company. The snuggle vibe, in short.

LOCATION
Find us on RiverWalk just east of the iconic Simmons Building. Follow the smell of campfire and look for the black shipping containers.
There are multiple biking and walking paths, C-Train, and bus stops, or spots to park.

Hygge Hut is stocked with EV Merch, and is our designated curb-side pickup location. Be sure to check out the line up of items including the East Village candle made in collaboration with Calgary locals Milk Jar Candle Co.
