Join Barre Body Studio on the last Monday of each month (until Sept 24) for a free Barre Body Fit class!
Barre Body Fit is a 60 minute total body workout that fuses elements of Pilates, yoga, strength and cardio conditioning. You’ll experience small isometric movements to work the body's stabilizer muscles for a great burn from start to finish. The class is low impact and a good fit for all fitness levels. Expect to build long lean muscles, develop great posture, and a strong core. Don’t forget to bring a mat and water!
