Barre Body Fit is a 60 minute total body workout that incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, and dance. You’ll experience small isometric movements to work the body's stabilizer muscles for a great burn from start to finish. The class is low impact and great for all fitness levels. Expect to build long lean muscles, develop great posture, and a strong core. Every Thursday at Noon, bring a mat and water for this class at the East Village Experience Centre!
