East Village welcomes a new neighbour following yesterday’s announcement that the Calgary Central Library will be re-locating to East Village.
The announcement marks another exciting milestone in the development of Calgary’s oldest, newest, coolest, warmest neighbourhood. The new library is envisioned as community gathering space that goes beyond a typical library to include visual arts, archival and exhibit space, theatre and multipurpose space.
