The FRAM+Slokker team has raised the curtain on an exciting new residential offering in East Village.
The developers of FIRST and RiverHouse recently unveiled a new model suite for Verve in the EV Sales and Experience Centre.
The team has been busy building a sample of their next generation offering, which features space planning and interiors by the sophisticated Cecconi Simone design firm. Giannone Petricone are the architects of the striking building; they’ve designed innovative residential, restaurant and corporate buildings in Canada and internationally.
Verve is a 25-storey, 195-unit tower on The Riff, one of the quirkiest, most interesting pedestrian streets in East Village – it slices diagonally through our mostly square blocks and straight streets, which will make the street scene below Verve homes unique in the village. The location will also put its owners steps from RiverWalk, the new St. Patrick’s Island Bridge, National Music Centre and restored Simmons Building. Come and see the latest in East Village living.
